Contest Rules:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Only Educators and school personnel are eligible. One entry per person or email address per day. Exceeding the once per day maximum will result in disqualification from all Flash Fiesta contests in 2010. The contest begins January 12, 2010 and all entries must be submitted by 12:00pm ET August 31, 2010.
2. Prizes will be awarded to schools only (not to individuals) and will be delivered to the school address of record.
3. The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn randomly by Pexagon on or about September 15, 2010. Monthly winners will remain in the pool for the grand prize drawing. All winners will be contacted via e-mail. If winner does not respond to notification within 7 days of monthly drawing, another winner will be drawn.
4. Monthly and grand prize winners will be posted at edu.pexagontech.com.
5. All winners agree to have their school name and/or likeness used by Pexagon Technology for promotional purposes for up to one calendar year after winning. No personal information about schools or individuals will ever be disseminated by Pexagon Technology, nor sold to third parties.
